Halftime invites you to step back from your busy life and think about how your major and future career fit in with who you really are, while having conversations with students, faculty, and staff about finding and pursuing passions.
After participating in Halftime, students will be able to:
1. Identify one way Halftime has impacted their own vocational discernment process.
2. Define 鈥渃onversation partner鈥� and actively look for or pursue a conversation partner at 黑料吃瓜网.
3.听Identify one reflective habit that they want to integrate into their lives.

The Halftime Experience
- Halftime is held three times a year, Friday-Sunday, at the beautiful Connors Center in Dover, MA.
- The program is free and open to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
- As a participant, you'll build connections with faculty and staff who can serve as resources and conversation partners, while reflect on your own experiences and interests, and the direction they might lead you.听

If you're a junior or senior who enjoyed your Halftime experience, you should apply to be a Halftime Lead.
The Halftime Lead application and interview cycle begins at the start of the fall semester
Halftime leaders are responsible for giving a talk and facilitating small groups of participants. It will be the job of the leaders to help participants understand the themes of Halftime and talk about how to implement these themes into daily life at 黑料吃瓜网 and beyond.
Lead applications are open to ALL juniors and seniors even if you have not been on Halftime.
Applications to lead Halftime will open at the beginning of the fall semester. You will be contacted for a 30 minute interview in the first few weeks of the fall semester and, if selected, you鈥檒l be placed on the November, February, or March Halftimes depending on your availability.

- Have fun working alongside seven peers to go deeper into the 3 Key Questions and prepare to guide others.
- Work with the Center for Student Formation staff on retreat preparation.
- Develop leadership skills in small group facilitation.
- Develop public speaking skills in talk preparation.
- Gain a solid grasp of the meaning of Halftime and how it fits into Jesuit education.
